You may terminate this Agreement by requesting to close your ZenHR account, or ZenHR may terminate it by providing notice to you. No refunds or reimbursements will be provided under any circumstances. Once your ZenHR account is terminated, you acknowledge and agree that ZenHR may permanently delete your account, along with all associated data, including your HR information.
  8. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms occasionally. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
